The reason IT Rec Ltd has been formed is to approach recruitment with new fresh
ideas.
We are capitalizing on the success of building relationships and networking
within the marketplace. We are building not just a database but a community
of candidates. This way most of the candidates being added to our community
come with personal references, which makes them very easy to sell to a prospective
employer. This also carries the benefit that as we are not spending our time
looking for the best candidates, we can spend our time looking for other roles
for you. BUT what is most important for you is that for any referrals that
you offer to us that we convert into placements you will be given experience
vouchers as a way of saying thank you.
Candidates
If you have worked with anyone in the past that was particularly strong (even
if you have lost contact), or if you currently have any friends or colleagues
that are looking for work then please let us know, all we need is a name and
contact detail* (either a number/e-mail address/company.) Above all we are
interested in our reputation so rest assured when we make contact we will be
friendly, courteous and professional, not pushy or aggressive.
Vouchers
The vouchers will be offered as Red Letter Day Vouchers.
For the first successful referral** you will receive a Green Experience Voucher
(worth £75)
For the second successful referral** you will receive an Orange Experience
voucher (worth £99).
For the third: Red Experience Voucher (Worth £125)
For the forth and any further***: Yellow Experience Voucher (Worth £149)
They are flexible with how the vouchers can be used, if you prefer you can
use them separately or combine them and apply for a more expensive experience.
This means that for just offering four names of candidates or companies you

** A referral is classed as successful once he has been placed in a new position
by IT Rec and has completed a probationary period.
